The Drop In Center closed in November 2009. Needle exchange (run by John 23rd ministry) happens at Dorothy's Kitchen in Chinatown on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 2.30 - 5.30.

The exchange in Monterey closed in September 2009. There's a volunteer - run exchange at the Salvation Army on Fridays from 4.30 - 6.30.
